Our Instructors & Staff Members
Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students. Al Verduzco (6th degree Black Belt)
Shihan Verduzco began training in the martial arts in 1976 and started teaching in 1984. He has an extensive professional fighting career. Jeff Allen (3rd Degree)
Sensei Jeff Allen has professional full contact fighting experience on a national and international level. He has been teaching for 15 years and is well versed in Shidokan karate, Mauy Thai kickboxing, Boxing and submission. His energy and passion for the sport is instantly noticeable in every class he teaches.
